Because materials are prepared in advance and class sizes are intentionally small:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to gift your spot to a friend if you can’t make it - just let us know ahead of time via email.

If Woven Kind Studio must cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another workshop date.
