Because materials are prepared in advance and class sizes are intentionally small:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the workshop may receive studio credit toward a future workshop.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop are generally non-refundable.

If Woven Kind Studio must cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another workshop.
